Process

You should always know where your build stands.

The biggest worry in a custom build isn't the house — it's the unknown. Our process is built to remove it: four phases, plain language, decisions made before they get expensive.

House framing in progress: clean lumber lines against a blue sky, neatly braced walls on a poured foundation.

    Conversation

    1–2 weeks

We meet — on your land if you have it, over coffee if you don't. We talk about how your family lives, what you want from a home, and what budget range makes sense. You leave with straight answers, not a pitch.

If we're not the right builder for your project, we'll tell you that too, and point you toward someone who is.

    Plan & price

    6–10 weeks

Design and selections happen up front, not mid-build. We work through plans, finishes, and allowances until the drawings and the budget agree with each other — then we put a real number in front of you.

You see the full cost breakdown before anything is signed. The number you approve is the number we build to.

    Build

    8–14 months, scope dependent

One point of contact, a written schedule, and updates you don't have to chase. You're welcome on site at every stage — we'd rather walk you through the framing than surprise you at drywall.

Changes happen on real projects. When they do, you get the cost and schedule impact in writing before we proceed.

    Move in

    And after

A room-by-room walkthrough, a punch list we actually finish, and a warranty backed by people who answer the phone. The relationship doesn't end at the closing table.

We check in at 60 days and again before the one-year mark, because houses settle and good builders come back.

The first phase costs nothing but an hour.
